Fallout 4 - Far Harbor - Dalton Farm - Phase Two

I have been working on this one on and off for a while now, but still slowly deciding things...

Phase two of Dalton-... nay Gerbil Farm! I am still working on decorating, and I am not sure what to do with my new glass room, above that will likely be some contraption things, and one day I will invite the Gerbils, er I mean 'settlers' to live there...
Do with the Marquee was larger, especially the letters for it, I might fix that with the setscale command, though that is a lot of clicking... I also find it troublesome that we cannot place letters on the same place on the other side, very problematic...
I still have a lot of work to do on the general store, but I am happy with the Clothing store, and the Cafe is coming along nicely. the Armor and Weapons stores I was happy with, but I found another shelf mod, so that may change yet...

Let's see, the most important here are most of DD Production's stuff, before he added the Cookie Quest, The Place Everywhere, Homemaker, Snap and Build, Brighter Settlements, Brighter Mirror ball, Fusebox Generator, Power Conduits Increased Range (so I don't need to string wires all over for any ambient), WPFDU Food, Water Towers (shrunk with the console), Water Sources Expanded, Better Shack Bridges (though that is in the other settlement, not this one yet), Balcony Supports, Move That Scrap, Settlement Object Expanded, Settlement Attacks Beyond (so the walls actually work), Scrap Dead Things, Fishers, Exotic Harvetables, Clothing Shelves (and adding his others for the other stores soon too), Scrap Everything, Far Harbor Decor, OCD stuff, DLC Patch (for menu sorting), & Break Down the Walls. ...Oh, one of the workbenches was from the CROSS_PlasRail gun, used to make it, and his other mod items.
