Bingham Canyon Copper Mine, Utah August 12th, 2011

Here is Rio Tinto's Kennecott Utah Copper's Bingham Canyon Mine. Some of the machines shown include Komatsu 930E and Caterpillar hual trucks, CAT 793C water trucks, P&H electric shovels and drills, a CAT 854 wheeled dozer and D11 dozers, a CAT 24H grader and excavator, service trucks, lube and fuel trucks, and the conveyor system that takes ore to the processing plant. Also seen are the shop building and the parts store as well as the wash pit where the machines are cleaned before being worked on in the shop. These scenes were shot on 8-12-11.
