St Regis Beijing - CHINA SUITE FULL TOUR - 1400 sq ft

Hello and hope you enjoy our video of our stay at the China Suite at the St Regis Beijing.

Classic elegance, superb friendly service and great food. Our butler was excellent and the butler team delivered everything promptly and with a smile. Housekeeping was efficient and evening turndown was excellent. The service levels from everyone whom we encountered at St Regis are examples of genuine service delivery which rate very highly across all the hotels which we stay.

The St Regis is one of the older hotels in Beijing. It is located in the Embassy area which is generally quiet. We noticed this when we were in JW M Beijing and Rosewood Beijing. But it is like a good friend who makes you feel welcome with great hospitality. We had no problems with taxis (as some others have remarked) as we used the Didi app. A 15 minute walk talks you to Silk Street for some bargains. It's a short ride to Sanlitun and other attractions of Beijing. The breakfast is great, with a good variety to suit every taste, there is a Elite appreciation lounge with a nice selection of drinks on the 18th floor (which we only managed to try on one night), the spa is definitely worth checking out with water from underground and the pool and gym have good natural lighting.

A full renovation of the hotel is scheduled for next year but personally, I considered the St Regis to be well maintained for its age.

We came to attend a wedding and hopefully we will have the opportunity to return to Beijing soon. If so, the St Regis BJ will definitely be our preferred choice! It was truly a great and memorable stay!
