Britt’s Pumpkin/Apple Spice/Banana Spice cookie recipe:

• 2 and 1/2 c. all-purpose white flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
• 1.5 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 3/4 c. granulated white sugar
• 3/4 c. light brown sugar
• 1/2 c. butter
• 1 c. canned pumpkin (or 1 c. of peeled and minced apples or 1 c. of mashed ripe bananas)
• 1 large egg
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract

*(Pumpkin pie spice only to be added to pumpkin cookies)

Frosting
1/2 c. unsalted butter
2 c. confectioners sugar
1 tsp. Vanilla
2-4 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream
Pinch of salt

(Extra 2-4 teaspoons of maple extract or caramel extract )
