Stupid idiot! Driving with no aircon in Dubai during summer

All I had to do was drive my Trans Am 15 mins to the garage to get a quote for some bodywork. Air con has stopped working and the Firebird had been sitting outside for two weeks in the summer sun.

I just about made it to the garage without dying, but the drive gone was a different matter.

Sitting at some traffic lights (with the door wide open to try and get some air) I was so hot I considered bailing and leaving the car there. It was really bad. So bad that I was worried about heatstroke.

I knew I couldn’t make it home as it was ridiculously hot, so I dumped the car in outside a park and called an Uber.

Don’t ever try driving in the midday sun in a car with black plastic T-bar roof panels in the middle of the desert. You will mess yourself up!
