Cussly's Tricky Project - Fun Stories for Children

Miss Dorothy had a project for the kids.
She gave them all flowerpots and seeds to sow when they got home.
She told them how to care for the seeds.
All the kids followed the instructions.
Except for Cussly.

Later, when everyone discussed the seeds’ growth,
Cussly lied that his flower was growing better than everyone else’s.
And when it was time to take the flowerpot back to the class,
Cussly took a flower from his garden.
Cussly’s flower was very different from the others.
And so everyone saw through his lie.

Cussly then apologized to Miss Dorothy and
promised that he would do the project all over again.
