M&R Technical Services Advisor Dan Goldberg explains the keys to proper placement of automatic screen printing presses, conveyor dryers, and other screen printing equipment. Proper placement is crucial to establishing optimal clearances: far enough from walls and other obstructions to allow freedom of movement—not just of personnel, but of carts, flash cure units, and other screen printing equipment—but close enough to get the most out of valuable floor space. Dan also demonstrates the ideal distance between the takeoff position of an automatic screen printing press and the conveyor dryer it's paired with.
