Really enjoyed the acting in this film. In addition August Wilson has a great collection of work. Always happy to see his content reach larger audiences.

Kudos to the cast, crew, and director George C Wolfe.

In this video I give my review of film as well as lead a conversation about the music, August Wilson, Denzel Washington, the cast & team, Ma Rainey, and then I go into an analysis of how I personally interpreted the actions of Chadwick Boseman's character "Levee".
