Big Dog And Little Dog Barking Mad is about the situation no doubt many towns face and people must put up with irresponsible dog owners that go out and have a good time leaving their neighbours to suffer the wrath of their dogs barking for hours at a time. Many of us love dogs but subjecting people to this for so long at night reaches its limits so every now and then I make another of these videos. Last night two dogs were barking near us for over 5 hours straight stopping at around 12.40 am in the morning. Sometimes day times is just as bad.
