How To Make Copper Battery Cable Connectors!

Learn how to make small or large copper battery cable connectors, also known as lugs, and pay only a fraction of the cost(90-95% less). I'll show you how to make the copper connectors in this step by step video. Once all tools are in hand, it only takes 2 minutes to make. You can crimp them onto the wire, or even better, solder them. Find out how in the video. You can also easily tin them for extra corrosion resistance before soldering them onto the wire. Regular copper works just fine compared to more expensive copper alloys. I live right on the ocean, and years of salt air have not ruined any of my connectors.
