Cleaning a lawn mower flywheel rust caused by water or moisture and how fix it.

if you ever come across a lawnmower or even a chainsaw, weed wacker, or anything using an armature magnet configuration for spark. This just a basic way to clean up the magnet.
Note: The explanation by me of what having a dirty or rusted magnet can cause a weak spark, is my opinion, based on past engines I have worked on. I have seen it many times, now that with being said. I have found that when equipment runs boggy or not at it full potential (with good plug, good fuel, good carb health, valve lash in check, and all other stuff healthy) I usually clean up the mag on the flywheel, gapped the armature after clean the base and everything is run fine.
This is only a suggestion to maybe help someone.
