📌 Rajma Rice – High-Protein & Iron-Rich Meal! 💪🏻

🥘 Meal Breakdown (for 2 person):
🍚 Rajma Rice (Pinto Beans Rice) – (Protein + Fiber + Iron)
🥚 Boiled Egg (1 egg – 6g Protein, Healthy Fats) – (Complete Protein + Satiety)
🍇 Black Grapes (6-7) – (Antioxidants + Hydration + Gut Health)
🥘 Recipe: Rajma Rice + Boiled Egg
✅ ½ cup cooked rice
✅ ½ cup boiled rajma (pinto beans)
✅ 1 onion (chopped)
✅ 1 tomato (chopped)
✅ ½ tsp coriander powder
✅ ½ tsp chili powder
✅ ¼ tsp garam masala
✅ ¼ tsp mustard & cumin seeds
✅ ½ tsp oil (spray for low-fat cooking)
✅ ½ cup water
🔥 How to Make Rajma Rice?
1️⃣ Heat oil in a pan, add mustard & cumin seeds, let them splutter.
2️⃣ Add chopped onions & ginger-garlic paste, sauté till golden.
3️⃣ Add tomatoes, cook till soft. Mix in boiled rajma & spices.
4️⃣ Pour in ½ cup water, bring to a boil. Add rice, mint leaves, mix well & cover.
5️⃣ Let it cook for 2-3 mins. Done! 🍚✨
