Melomel - Cherry Chocolate Mead - Racking and Tasting

Waaay back on February 27, 2019, we made a mead, but not just any mead. This one has Tabletree Craft Cherry Juice, which has literally won an award as the BEST JUICE IN THE WORLD, and... we used honey that won the Best Honey In the World! No pressure, right? So with these world class ingredients, we put together a Cherry Chocolate Mead, or a Melomel, which is a fruit mead essentially. Well... it's been a month, time to take it off the lees and give this a taste! Brian and Derica walk you through racking our Melomel, Cherry Chocolate Mead.
