White Bean Paste 万用的白豆沙馅 白芸豆沙馅

This is the basic white bean paste that you can use in almost most of the filling. The white bean paste is smooth and fine. Due to the fact that the taste is lighter, it's often mixed with other ingredients like matcha powder, coffee powder etc to make different kind of fillings to your preference. This is because it can bring up the flavor of the added ingredient without being affected by the taste of the white bean paste itself.
白豆沙（也称为白芸豆馅）软绵香甜，质地细腻。它的口感和香气都比较轻薄。正因为这个特点，所以在白豆沙里很适合加入其他材料搭配使用，因为能更好的表现出其材料的风味，又不会被白芸豆本身的味道影响。

Ingredients：
1）Lima beans 白芸豆– 200g
2）Sugar 白糖 – 100g
3）Cooking Oil 食用油 – 70g

*Final weight is ~530g
