Easy Rag Quilt Tutorial!

If you've always wanted to learn how to quilt, this is your opportunity! Easy, step-by-step instructions on making a beautiful rag quilt!

This can be made using either flannel or cotton fabric! And if you want to make it super lightweight, omit the batting. The variations are endless! Only requirement: Have fun making it!

Supplies Needed:

5 yards of flannel fabric
Batting (low loft)
Cutting mat
Rotary cutter
Acrylic ruler
Hinged snippers
Sewing machine
Cotton thread
scissors

(Final approx. quilt dimensions: 39.5"W x 54"L. Minor shrinkage possible due to drying.)

*Fabric purchased at Zinck's Fabric Outlet in East Earl, PA (just outside of Lancaster). They have an extensive selection & I highly recommend a visit there for quality fabric!
