Premier SRS 10 lug 2

Hopefully some old school guys out there will get a kick out of these. A 1970'S 10 Lug Burgundy Pearl Premier Super Royal Scot & an early 80's 10 lug Premier Burgundy Pearl Super Royal Scot. The Drum on the left is the 70s model all original except for bottom head. I put NOS twin 10 snares on the bottom. One of the originals was missing a strand so I replaced both with new. New Remo clear on bottom. Original top snare wires. Top is a NOS Premier Everplay Pipe band batter head ( a mylar head). This drum does not have the heavy cast hoops the 80's model has. Has ealier Beer Barrel type die cast hoop. The drum on the right is the later 80's model. Top head is Remo Enforcer single ply smooth white. (One of the only heads that can hold up to the tension....so far) New Remo clear bottom. Bottom snares original. Top snares are new retro fitted HTS snares. They will fit but the strands are heavier than the originals, listen close you'll hear the difference in what a head and slightly different snare makes. Just a sound comparison. Played with 1970's Alex Duthart Pipe band sticks.
