Recipe
Makes 2 pints or 4 half pints

7 cups cut up rind
3 to 4 1/2 cups sugar
1 lemon deserved, peeled, chopped
Or 2 t. Lemon juice
1 t. Cinnamon

Hot water bath 15 minutes
