How to Make Attractive Model Trees: HO /N Scale
Hyper Realistic Model Tree: https://youtu.be/4vGyVM-V0yE
One always needs more trees! In the last episode I showed how to make a highly detailed miniature tree (link above), but considering how labor intensive that process is, you won't be making a lot of those, and I need 100s of trees, going over 1000s in a few months or years. But I cannot make compromise on quality beyond a certain point. So, I devised an assembly line approach to make a lot of trees relatively quickly while still retaining a lot of fine details.
These trees here will fit an HO or N scale model, of course at two very different size range.
To build this forest you need:
1. A bunch of florist wire
2. Some multi strand electrical wire - thicker the better
3. Some poly fiber
4. Spray paint and matte acrylic paint
5. An airbrush will help a long way but is not really necessary
6. Some dried leaves
7. Noch leaves of various colours
8. Dried Sea Foam from any retailer (details in video)
