Volvo 850 T-5R - Pulling Engine Part 2
Got the engine pulled and disassembled.

Fully Built N Block, Forged Wiseco Pistons 82mm, Forged K1 139.5 H-beam rods, King main bearings, Glyco Sputtered rod bearings. RN oil pan, cooler and water pipe. Holset HX40 KTS 4031C (67x86), H1E 68x76 12 blade turbine 20cm exhaust housing, 12AN oil pan drain, 4an feed. Fully Built Top End. CFM Performance Stage V ported N cylinder head with RN port shape, full port and polish, 5 angle valve job, valve profiling, full race re-condition (179/242 cfm int, 163/192 cfm exh, .500", 28in water). KM cams stage 2, 280 advertised duration, 242 at .050" (1.27mm), 11mm lift. Timed at 2.5mm int and 2.0mm exh. Auto-tech valve springs (12mm max lift 9500rpm). New Volvo Blue Box hydraulic lifters. LGSpeed manifold (mild steel) ceramic coated. Tial 44mm MV-R with 4an water cooling lines (1 bar spring). Homemade intake manifold with RN port shape, 3.6L plenum, 3" throttle body. DO88 Alu drop in Bar and Plate Intercooler, 3in RIP kit withTurboXS H-RFL BOV. 4in Aluminum Intake Pipe with 5in OD MAF housing and 5x10in in Cone Filter. External Slave M56H with Quaife LSD, Sachs 707 with Southbend 6 puck ceramic clutch. M4.4 with Ostrich 2.0 and Ign1a coils, Ta Technix Coilovers, Derlin Subframe Bushings, EBC Yellow Pads, Homemade 3.5" catless turboback with Borla XR-1 straight through muffler. DO88 Full Aluminum radiator, Stant 71F/160F thermostat. AEM 320LPH Fuel Pump, 8an lines, aeromotive fpr, EV14 2200cc injectors with custom fuel rail. 2 x 10an valve cover breathers with 1x10an in stock turbo drain and 1x10an from stock PCV to 3 filter 6x10an breather box.
