According to the manual, Joe Pesci's plan is to kidnap every child on Earth and brainwash them into being his slaves. This is different from the movie, in which his plan is to get every child on Earth hooked on the drugs he's selling. Either way, only Michael Jackson can possibly stop him with the power of magic, dance, and sometimes being a robot.
