Building GLaDOS in Real Life: Part 3

The part where things go perfectly well and everyone is happy :)
Challenges to overcome next time:
Tighten up the tolerances of the joints.
Test microcontroller drive for the servo with smooth acceleration (I'm just using a cheapo servo tester in this video)
Increase clamping force on the main neck rod so GLaDOS can't decapitate herself... again.
