Detainees vote, run in barangay elections after 10 years

Pre-trial detainees and some convicts finally voted and ran in the barangay elections after a decade. The right to vote and run was questioned before the Supreme Court and was stuck there for 10 years until the Court lifted the TRO in 2022.
