The Well: Prayer of Examen

A guided time with God through prayer and reflection on Scripture.

The Prayer of Examen has been used by Christians for hundreds of years. It is an exercise to review your day with Jesus. Imagine sitting on a couch with Jesus. Playing on the screen in front of you are clips from your day, and He has the remote. What clips of beauty, challenge, growth, or goodness does He want to bring your attention to? What do you need to thank Him for? Or ask forgiveness about? Or learn from before walking into tomorrow?
