Just got my Tesla Model 3 Performance Upgrade on November 30th. I wanted to do a test run before it gets too cold and I have to swap my tires to All Season. I want to see what the penalty is in performance. I tried to use my AIM Solo to measure, but I think the GPS signal wasn't strong so I got bad results. I did frame counting instead and got the ~3.3 sec to 60mph.

The weather was 46F outside.

Running on Stock Michelin Pilot Sport 4S 235/35R20's.
