Hi Beauties! So happy you were able to be here for the beginning of our Mirror Conversations series! In today’s video we are SEEING the person in the mirror and SPEAKING LIFE TO THEM! It’s so beautiful to have a beautiful relationship with yourself.

The Mirror Conversation SERIES are exercises that build the person in the mirror which is YOU! Our ultimate goal is to see ourselves as Christ sees us as well as love ourselves to the fullness!

I was completely vulnerable in front of you guys & you have the ability to be completely vulnerable with yourself and the Father.

I hope this exercise helped you and I would like to challenge you to speak life to yourself every time you look in the mirror.

Write Down Negative Thoguhts
Tell Yourself Complete Opposite of Negative Thoughts
Self Examination Again
Compliment The Person In The Mirror, What Do You Love?
