Following my previous failure, I finally pull off a 95% playthrough in just 3 cycles without any major glitches. Halfway through I realized I used to always do this as a kid, which makes my previous failure that much dumber. The main thing is to get the giant's wallet and save the bomb shop lady first cycle. It's a little tight timing, but not too bad. Cycles 2 & 3 are a joke in comparison and will be much faster.

95% Glitchless is my own made up way of playing that is not any kind of official speedrun or anything. It's simply 100% Bombers Notebook, All Masks, All Fairies. The Heart Pieces, Mini-Games, and Tingle Maps don't matter, nor Dampe's bottle, because who cares.
