Basel, Switzerland Christmas Market 2021 | Barfüsserplatz and Münsterplatz

I have always wanted to go to Christmas markets since I saw pictures of them on Tumblr back in the days haha! Unfortunately due to the pandemic the famous Christmas markets were closed last year and some continue to remain closed this year (in Germany). This year I was so excited I got to go to one of the biggest Christmas markets in Switzerland!

The Basel Christmas Market opened up on November 25th and will remain open until December 23rd. They have plenty of food and other things that you can purchase.

What you need to go to Basel Christmas Market (if you are over 16 years old):
- a valid ID
- a Covid Certificate (with QR Code)
