Putting students first
Bill Gates visited Georgia State University (GSU) earlier this year and was amazed by what he learned. An urban university serving low-income and minority students, GSU struggled with dismal graduation rates. Just over a decade ago, GSU’s overall graduation rate was 32 percent.
