LOVED, The Official Movie Trailer.

A crazed plumber risks both his career and prison when he finds his wife of 20 years in bed with another man. As he drives furiously around the Californian desert in his camper, he screams at a framed picture of his wife placed on the passenger’s seat and proclaims that he killed her lover to protect their wedding vows. He insists that it was his moral obligation to murder her paramour to protect her from further temptations and the devil. In the name of the church and its values, he killed like a soldier carrying out his duty and protecting his country. Protecting her. She was his and she always knew that he would give up his life to protect her’s. To protect their daughter. To protect their family, he would stop at nothing.

He wasn’t afraid of jail. He had spent two years in the pen when he was 18. He found his wife Hannah making love to Jim in their camper and that’s what bothered him most… he proposed on a Wednesday night and that was their sacred day of the week. Every Wednesday he brought her flowers for 20 years and seeing her make love to another man, something he himself had not experienced in years, could only be solved with a gun.

But he still loved Hannah. He loved her madly and fiercely. He was proud of being her guardian angel and he would do anything to protect her.

As we accompany Harold doing 110mph in his camper, driving frantically around Joshua Tree, we see him drunk and distraught. He desperately screams at the picture of his wife on the passenger seat and argues with “her”, screaming that he killed in the name of love. We watch Harold, filled with anger and disillusion, have full conversations with an inanimate object. The picture of Hannah is all that is left from their past life. But he still loves Hannah. He loves her madly and fiercely. He is her guardian angel and will do anything to protect her.

She will be loved by him or not at all.
