簡單豬肉乾/牛肉乾做法 Easy Pork (or Beef) Jerky!!!

This is an easy way to make the Asian style beef or pork jerky. From chopping up the pork to put into my mouth, it only took 1 1/2 hours. Hope you will enjoy it. Below is the recipe:

- 1lb ground beef or pork
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 1/4 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- At least half a cup of brown sugar
- 1 1/2 cooking wine
- Mix meat into ingredients
- Mix meat until it's gooy
- Put meat onto cookie sheet
- Put plastic wrap onto meat
- Roll meat to as thin as possible
- Preheat oven to 300
- Cook meat for 15 minutes each side
- Take it out and brush honey
- Turn oven to 360
- Put meat in the oven for 6 minutes
- Do the same for the other side
- Put on rack to cool
