Todays video I made some Patelio’s or how others call it empanadas. These are a traditional Spanish food and something I grew up on. These would be at every function or gathering as a little appetizer for people to snack on and one of my favorite dishes because of how quick it is to make. There’s so many options of what you can fill it with but my go to is beef and on thanksgiving I do chicken as well for my non beef eaters.
