Thigh Exercise Summary

Thigh exercises strengthen and tone the quadriceps, hamstrings, and inner and outer thighs. Key exercises include squats, lunges, leg presses, inner thigh squeezes, side leg raises, wall sits, and step-ups. For best results, maintain proper posture, do 2-3 sets of 12-15 reps, and combine with cardio. Don’t forget to stretch before and after!
