Book Review: The Road of Bones (Book 1 of the Ashen Series) by Demi Winters

Just finished THE ROAD OF BONES by Demi Winters and I’m still thinking about it. 🖤✨

Dark, immersive, and absolutely gripping from start to finish. The world-building is rich and based on Icelandic and Norse mythology (watch the reel for photos from my Iceland travels!), the tension never lets up, and the characters feel fun and nuanced - you can’t help but root for them (and worry about them).

If you love atmospheric fantasy with high stakes, emotional depth, multiple POVs, and a story that lingers long after the last page… add this to your TBR immediately. 📚🔥

At this moment it is an incomplete series BUT there are 3 books and a novella currently out - plenty to sink your teeth into!
