8-Month-Old Chhutki Needs Your Help | The Quint

An 8-month-old baby, who we are calling Chhutki, was allegedly raped by her 28-year-old cousin in Delhi. Her parents had left her in the care of their relatives as they left for work; however, Chhutki's mother returned to find her baby raped and abandoned, lying in a pool of blood. The little one has already undergone three surgeries and needs extensive medical treatment to heal completely.
