Civilization comes with liberation of Kharkiv region: Ukraine provides medical care and payments

Residents of territories liberated from the Russian occupation will be able to receive all social payments - in their hands. In communities where medical facilities have been destroyed by the Russian army, the Ministry of Health of Ukraine will deploy mobile hospitals. Doctors and critically needed medicines will be brought there. And the government continues to prepare for the most difficult heating season.
