Trump appears to admit trying to blackmail Oracle during TikTok deal

Speaking at a rally in Fayetteville, North Carolina, president Trump appeared to admit he asked Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison to put $5 billion towards a “patriotic” education programme, as part of a proposed deal to purchase the US operations of Chinese social media app TikTok.
