Liberated Muse Visits the National Museum of African American History and Culture

Liberated Muse went to the National Museum of African-American History and Culture in DC yesterday and we did some impromptu music for the folks (technical difficulties happened and no footage of that) and found a tiny theater that didn't have anything going on in it, but, it reminded us of a church, so we went up in there and got to singing. Producer Ben Beta and his 13 year-old got us on video with an iPad. One of our core members, Lyn Artope, wasn't able to do the Liberated Muse field trip with us, but, she was there in spirit, so, decided to add her rendition of Still I Rise with Khadijah Moon on djembe from one of our shows last year to include her in this video of our field trip.
