Bobcat T650 CTL & Bobcat soil conditioner INSTALLING NEW LAWN START TO FINISH Illinois homestead

May 2020. Join us for the complete project of installing a new budget lawn on a Southern Illinois homestead. We were using both of our Bobcat machines, the Bobcat T650 CTL Skid steer and soil conditioner and the Bobcat e42 Mini Excavator. Also enjoy some drone videos from the DJI Phantom 4 pro, many different GoPro angles and more. This is the whole process of fixing a Southern Illinois Homestead farm front lawn that used to hold water in several places. The process included bringing in fill dirt from a near by field, rough grading the dirt with the Bobcat 4 in 1 bucket, then grading the new lawn with the Bobcat soil conditioner, running a drag over it with the Honda Pioneeer 1000, spreading the seed and fertilizer and then running the drag over it one more time. Keep in mind that this was very much a 'budget' lawn project that was literally about 1/5th the normal cost of putting in and grading a new lawn.
