What does "starting over" mean to you? Is that merely going back to the beginning? Is it scrapping all the previous work and metaphorically tossing it into the dumpster?

How many drafts of a story do you usually write before it's "complete"? (Or does it change every time for you? It does for me! Some genres need more drafts than others bahaha.)
