The ghost pepper hot sauce made the truffle hot sauce seem not so hot anymore. The first three recipes I definitely recommend. The ghost pepper hot sauce was a bit extreme for me and I would only recommend it if you have experience with hot peppers. I had to use gloves, glasses, and a face mask while making this because it literally felt like my kitchen was a gas chamber. I should have cooked that one outside.
