10 MINUTE ABS WORKOUT AT HOME | INTENSE NO EQUIPMENT CORE CHALLENGE

This 10- minute ab workout is short, intense, and tougher than it looks. I created this routine to target your entire core and no equipment needed. Remember, real results come from consistency and good nutrition; no shortcuts.

We’ll go 30 seconds per exercise with just 3 seconds rest in between. If you need to pause, take a breath and jump back in when you’re ready. The key is to keep pushing.
