BukkitPlugins - Plugin Spotlight: SpeechBubbles

Today I did a plugin spotlight for a plugin called SpeechBubbles. It shows a the users chat above there head when they enter a message along with there name, exp level or anything you want it to! It's a really cool plugin. Make sure you get the plugin for the link below!

Commands Used:
/SpeechBubbles - Shows some infos...
/SpeechBubbles reloadConfig - Reloads the Config (Version 3.0)
/SpeechBubbles editConfig - Edits the config ingame with virtual
inventorys (Version 3.0)

Permission Nodes:
SpeechBubbles.* - All permissions
SpeechBubbles.editConfig - /Speechbubbles editConfig
SpeechBubbles.reloadConfig - /Speechbubbles reloadConfig
