Rudraksha is a Divine bead & energy generator. It is holy or a pious gift by Lord Shiva. If we are wearing it, then do not eat or drink anything Tamsik. It means foods which gives malefic effects to body and mind. It has long list including any type of meat, eggs, alcohol, stale food, onion, garlic, burned or overcooked food, and so on.

Next thing is any type of work which is related to above mentioned items, also comes under the donts while wearing a Rudraksha. Which means that if you are working in a company or a factory where you cut or sell animals for meat or in a hatchery or alcohol shop or factory, then avoid it wearing during that time. Only wear after you have purified the Rudraksha.

If you are involved in any type of sexual behavior, then avoid wearing it. First purify your thoughts or when you are about to involve in such activity, then remove the Rudraksha & place it in your alter place or Puja Ghar.

If there is a child birth in your home, then remove it and wear it only after 3 days after sutak ends. If someone dies in your family, then take this out and place it in alter place till 11 days.

If you eat any type of meat or eggs, then before eating, please remove it and wear only next day after taking a bath.

Also, if you buy a fake bead and wearing it, then it may harm you. So dont buy any Rudraksha which is fake, damaged, insect bitten, broken or have incomplete lines. Avoid wearing Bhadrakshas or any colored Rudrakshas as well.

Never wear a Rudraksha without chanting a mantra of its specific mukhi or the general mantra as prescribed in the texts.

Do not wear a rudraksha or a mala, if somebody already worn it. Only wear if in case when it is gifted by your father or forefathers from generations.

For women who are suffering from periods, in those days avoid wearing it, and wear it only when periods are over.

Keep in mind to pay the full price or cost of Rudraksha to the seller, as if not paid, then it may not produce the full effects to the wearer. Never wear a Rudraksha, if you have stolen it from somewhere.

As per Shrimad Devi Bhagwad Puran,
Nobody should who wear Rudraksha without purification. He should wear it with great devotion.

As per Shiv Puran,
Any person who wear Rudraksha without enchanting the specific mantra, he goes to hell till the age of 14 Indras, which is equal to 1 Kalpa. 1 Kalpa is a unit of measuring divine years of Gods, which is billions of years in general.

So now, as you have come to this point of video, then as a bonus I will also tell you what all benefits it gives you if you follow all these tasks. If you follow all the rules of wearing and avoid doing any of the above prohibited things in life, the results can be extraordinary and as per the ancient texts.

Most of the people come to me and say that they are not getting appropriate results. So my advice is to follow these rules and do a daily Puja or Sandhya to enhance the divine effects of this Divine bead.
