Z Axis Touch Plate for CNC - Tool Zero

Z axis touch plate for setting work piece height on my all wood homemade CNC. I bought a cheap touch plate online and modified to incorporate a spring in the plate for some protection to my tooling. My DIY CNC uses Mach 4, a C25 breakout board and an ESS Smoothstepper from Warp 9. This touch plate sensor is a normally open circuit and uses an active high setting on a input pin. I show how I set up the Mach 4 configuration to utilize my new Z axis touch plate. I suspect this auto tool zero will increase my accuracy and consistency in my operations.
