A case of mistaken identity almost got this pigeon executed. The whole debacle started when Kevin Celli-Bird saw a pigeon flying around his home in Melbourne, Australia. The pigeon was tagged and after some research, Celli-Bird believed that the pigeon was from the U.S., specifically Alabama. His wife named the bird “Joe,” after Joe Biden.
