In this today’s stock market summary,

MM reviewed. MERRYMART Grocery Centers Inc. opened its first supermarket at the Ground Floor of DoubleDragon Plaza, DD Meridian Park, Bay Area, Metro Manila, and the setting of MERRYMART’s 12-12-12 Vision 2030.

MERRYMART aims to cover all the grocery retail categories from small, medium and large grocery retail formats. MERRYMART will have three (3) grocery retail formats:
1. MERRYMART Grocery
2. MERRYMART Market
3. MERRYMART Store

PHR is part of the review. PH Resorts Group Holdings, Inc. (PHR), formerly Philippine H2O Ventures Corp. (H2O), was originally incorporated as Calapan Equity Ventures, Inc. on January 30, 2009 as an investment holding company.

In 2018, PHR became a subsidiary of Udenna Development Corporation (Udenna) through the sale and purchase agreement between its former parent entity Jolliville Holdings Corporation and Udenna. In the same year, PHR changed its corporate name and primary purpose to the present one.

PHA reviewed. Premiere Horizon Alliance Corporation (PHA), formerly Premiere Entertainment Philippines, Inc., was incorporated on January 13, 1988 originally as Premiere Films International, Inc. The Company's primary purpose is to engage in business activities relating to entertainment, gaming, hotel and leisure.

Today, PHA is an investment holding company which focuses on projects that invigorate the countryside. PHA's mission is to engage in sustainable countryside development using new technologies and best practices in the fields of food security, natural resources development, life sciences and technology, and tourism.

PHA has the following operating subsidiaries and affiliates: Premiere Georesources and Development, Inc.; West Palawan Premiere Development Corp.; Goshen Land Capital, Inc.; Concepts Unplugged Business Environment Solutions, Inc.; and Digiwave Solutions Inc. Lastly, C reviewed. Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings Corp. (C), formerly Chelsea Logistics Holdings Corp., through its wholly-owned subsidiaries, is engaged in the shipping transport business. These two subsidiaries are Chelsea Shipping Corp., which is engaged in the maritime trade in the conveyance or carriage of petroleum products including but not limited to general cargo handling, loading, transporting, discharging and storing over waterways in the Philippines; and Trans-Asia Shipping Lines, Inc., which is engaged in transporting passengers and cargo within Philippine territorial waters and the high seas.
