The banks hold all the cards. Even when you are in good trade entries and have possibly a great fill, they will do things in live time to get you to second guess your trades, shake you out of the market and stop you out at break even if you move your stop to soon. You can do everything right, then get shaken out of the market, only to watch it move quickly away towards your original profit target, without you. This affects you mentally, emotionally and impacts on your ability to perform consistently in the markets, and makes you even question your methods, even when you have an edge.
