But today it's all about Perris Monte Carlo's very smooth Patchouli Nosy Be. Do you know Nosy Be? It's an island off of Madagascar where vanilla comes from. So Patchouli Nosy Be and Ylang Nosy Be are both utilizing the main ingredients from Nosy Be but Patchouli Nosy Be is a patchouli perfume like others but much more refined and smooth wearing experience.
