“Fight for Ukraine” Buhurt Fundraiser in Ventura CA - Armored Combat Knight Fighting - Promo Video

These short promo videos were created to promote the next fundraiser event. Find the long form version to watch every fight from this Ventura fundraiser event.

Today’s fighting is mostly 1v1 (with a few melee rounds at the end.) All rounds are random fighters from California teams:
-Soldados
-Manticores
-Golden Knights
-Ordo Draconis

The local Armored Combat community put on another exhibition fundraiser to raise money for Ukraine in their time of need. The entire Steel Fighting community is feeling the impact of Putin's Russian invasion into Ukraine. Many of our friends and members of the Buhurt community are Ukrainian. These individuals, this global family, have not only smithed our armor, but have been our honorable competitors. They are deeply and directly impacted by this war. The families of our Ukrainian fighters, smiths, and friends are among the hundreds of thousands of refugees daily fleeing this war. They need our support!

100% of profits from these fundraisers will provide humanitarian aid and supplies for Ukraine, including medical supplies, food, water, body protection, toiletries/feminine products, and more.

Participating buhurt teams help represent the so-cal pacific region for different steel fighting leagues.

Medieval combat fighters use a variety of blunted steel weapons like, Halberd, Polearm, Sword and Buckler, Longswords, Falchion, 2h Short Axe, Sword and Shield, Mace, Handaxe, Punch Shield, and more.

Practice attendees are members of Los Angeles, San Diego, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara California teams.

Most knights are active participants of:

-Armored Combat Sports League
-Armored Combat Worldwide League
-HMB & IMCF promotion tournament events.
