Kotlin Messenger 02: Installing Firebase Auth and Register User + Rounded Corners UI

Today we create our Firebase App in the console and install the Firebase Auth SDK. We'll be using this library to register users with email and password. As a bonus, I'll show you how to get the rounded corners into your Register/Login screens.
